Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days for regular priced items, the first 15 days are elegible for refund and the following 15 days are elegible for store credit or exchange only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products without their intact hygienic liner label, used items, jewelry or Gift Cards/Certificates.
Sale items - Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can be exchanged for store credit or another item.
Defective items (if applicable) - We only replace items with manufacturing defects or damages.
